- 5-axis CNC — DMG MORI 5-axis machining centers for turbine components, impellers, housings, and complex structural parts.
- Swiss turning — Star and Tornos Swiss-type lathes for small, precise, high-volume parts down to 1mm diameter.
- Inspection — Zeiss CMM, GMM optical measurement, full dimensional and FAI reports to AS9102.
Materials
Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), Inconel (718, 625), 17-4 and 15-5 PH stainless, aluminum (7075, 2024), PEEK, and Ultem.
